Responsibilities:
- Serve as a phone agent to call and engage Regent alumni
- Build an excellent understanding of alumni data within the CRM and other systems
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of alumni contact information and payment information within the CRM and other systems
- Pray with and for alumni over the phone
- Serve as support staff for Advancement and Alumni events
- Contribute to the Alumni Engagement department and promote a teamwork environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems and databases
- Must be detail-orientated, organized, and able to work independently in team settings
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
