Oliver Dogwood is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible self-starter to join our small but mighty team as a Studio Administrative Assistant. Oliver Dogwood studio assistants work across a wide range of duties depending on the day, including email correspondence, invoicing and billing, social media management, preparing arrangements for delivery, processing flowers and floral supplies, and setting up events.

Main job duties:
- Email correspondence with clients and vendors
- Entering invoices & estimates, and processing billing
- Managing the studio’s calendars and coordinating delivery schedules
- Creating floral look books, mood boards, and organizing photos using Canva
- Writing and designing bi-monthly newsletters using Flodesk
- Generating social media content for Instagram & Facebook
- Filling in greeting cards and delivery tickets
- Wrapping and packaging floral arrangements
- Processing flowers and floral supplies
- Leading onsite floral set up for events
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative & marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Suite and Apple Mail
- Experience with Canva and Flodesk highly preferred
- Comfort with written correspondence, especially email
- Self starter comfortable with self-directed work
- Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
