Role Description
This is a contract Studio Operations & Workplace Manager role located on-site in San Francisco, CA. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage facilities, handle communication, lead office administration tasks, and supervise team members to ensure well-functioning projects.
Qualifications
Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
Strong communication skills
Assist with onsite walkthroughs and vendor coordination.
- Manage delivery schedules and COI requirements with building management.
Office Administration proficiency
Team Management experience
Ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively
Experience in interior design or architecture is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Studio operations manager located in San Francisco to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This hybrid position involves both remote work and regular onsite presence in San Francisco
