Refined Home Care Services is hiring for our Substitute Caregiver role. The ideal candidate will fill a dual role substitute caregiver, backfilling for clients during staff shortages and call-ins as needed, as well as some office tasks. Hours will vary based on clients’ schedules. 10 hours per week in the office guaranteed. Office hours during the week may vary, but typically occur between 10am and 4pm M-F. Responsibilities:
- Respond to staff call-ins and backfill as substitute caregiver when needed
- Retrieve, review, and file completed logs/time sheets from client homes.
- Maintain client and staff files.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations prior to start of service.
- Conduct client satisfaction calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous caregiver experience working with individuals with various care needs
- 1-2 years clerical or office experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle and proof of valid car insurance.
- Must be available seven days a week from 7am to 9pm
- Must have flexibility to backfill as substitute caregiver when needed, occasionally within 1-2 hours’ notice
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
