- Help to enforce established building security and safety procedures.
- Assist in checking in all visitors, subs, and volunteers in the visitor management system.
- Support with early dismissals, late-arriving students, and attendance logs.
- Communicate security matters to front office staff and administrators.
- Answer questions for incoming visitors/parents.
- Accept New Household Change forms and Pick Up Authorizations.
- Assist with office duties, including scanning, filing, mail distribution, etc.
- Help check in Substitute Teachers.
- Report any broken facility items or messes to the Facilities Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience prefered.
- Strong organizational skills and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Communicate with parents, students, staff, Administrators, and visitors.

- Primarily sedentary work at a computer; however, some duties are performed throughout the school and indoor or outdoor event locations with potentially adverse weather conditions.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus.
- Work hours may occasionally be extended.
