We’re hiring flexible, motivated substitute teachers to work in schools in Three Lakes, Miami. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in vibrant, classrooms for sub teachers passionate about working with high school students.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Teach from prepared lesson plans in a way that excites and engages
- Create an organised classroom that supports learning
- Maintain order and ensure a safe, inclusive space for all
- Work closely with staff to help students meet their learning goals
- Be part of a diverse and energetic educational team
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Arrive early and communicate clearly with school leadership
- Follow school policies and complete substitute reports
- Adapt quickly and use initiative in dynamic settings
- Bring positivity and professionalism to the classroom
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
- Age 21+
- 1+ year experience working with children in schools or youth programs
- Morning availability (6:00–6:30am)
- Strong instructional, behavioural, and interpersonal skills
