Camp Awosting, close to Morris, CT, is now hiring a kitchen staff member for our summer season. Camp runs from June 22 until August 16th, with the option for additional work after camp is over. Two positions are available - Monday through Saturday 7am - 2pm or Monday through Saturday 11am - 7pm . We are willing to train the right -candidate as long as they have a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and are fast on their feet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold all policies and philosophies of Camp Awosting.
- Help prepare lunch & dinner for staff and campers.
- Serve breakfast/lunch/dinner daily (depending on which position you apply for).
- Clean dining hall and kitchen after use as needed.
- Follow sanitization schedule in food prep areas.
- Servesafe certification would be a bonus.
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Eligible for free tuition for children at camp.
