Position Summary:
Titans Summer Camp Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, supervising staff and campers, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and organized environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive camp culture while keeping learning and fun balanced.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the summer camp program.
- Lead and support a team of camp counselors and activity leaders.
- Monitor camper safety and well-being, enforcing camp rules and protocols.
- Coordinate daily schedules, transitions, and activity rotations.
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and the Camp Director.
- Handle behavioral issues with professionalism and in alignment with camp policies.
- Support and participate in academic enrichment, games, arts, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment.
- Manage supplies and ensure all activities are well-prepared.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (preferably in a camp, school, or tutoring setting).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before camp starts).
- Must be at least 18 years old; some college education preferred.
- Energetic, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
