Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance tasks, both internally and with external contractors.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance.
