POSITION SUMMARY
The Operation Supervisor will lead the AGR Sports facility and team members on a daily basis. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and training of hourly staff, cost control, maintaining service standards, implementing operational procedures and policies, managing guest relations, ensuring sanitation and environmental control, overseeing cash handling, fostering staff motivation, and ensuring safety and security.
Additionally, the Operation Supervisor will take ownership of a specific department (Games, Kitchen and Bar, or Overall Facility) and oversee unit operations. They will work to cultivate an environment that promotes ownership and accountability among team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead team members with integrity and purpose.
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service.
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and product quality.
- Develop staff by providing direct and honest feedback on individual performance.
- Conduct staff training and handle employee relations.
- Maintain high staff morale.
- Participate actively in staff recruitment and retention efforts.
- Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor, and cash control effectively.
- Manage departmental labor costs within acceptable budgets.
- Ensure site inspections meet acceptable standards.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in departmental areas.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure proper scheduling and planning for events.
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of unit equipment.

Required:
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Availability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Preferred (Great to have):
- Two years of restaurant or FEC management experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
