We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.

- Assist in managing inventory, including stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning to meet operational goals.
- Provide guidance on sales management strategies, including pricing and promotional activities.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and inventory data.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong training development skills with the ability to create effective training programs.
- Experience in managing stock levels and inventory control.
- Proficient in employee orientation processes to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles to assist in financial planning.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Ability to sell products effectively while understanding pricing strategies.

- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
