Chamberlin’s Natural Foods has been serving our local community since 1935, with a passion for providing quality natural products, organic foods, and nutritional supplements.
In addition to having the highest quality standards, we are known for our exceptional customer service and highly knowledgeable staff. An existing knowledge of natural products is appreciated, but not required. All store associates will be trained on our offerings and have access to resources for continuing education.
We are looking for FT friendly, passionate, and reliable team members to join our sales team at our newest location in Lakewood Ranch, FL! Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of retail or sales experience. If you have a passion for the wellness industry and are ready to learn about health and wellness and nutritional supplements, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, stand throughout shift, stoop and bend to lift items.
