Specific Responsibilities:
- Create and implement new ways to make Foster-Caviness a fun and exciting place to work!
- Manage staff to organize and perform daily inbound and outbound functions
- Maintain accurate inventory, product quality, and workflow efficiency
- Communicate performance and coach team to help them grow
- Facilitate all facets of team building and people leadership.
- Ensure all associates are engaged, empowered, and accountable to win.
- Ensure processes are relevant and consistently executed with greatness and accuracy i.e. inbound, outbound, and put-a-way policies and procedure adherence.
- Utilize our WMS system, Produce Pro, to make sure every move and procedure is captured within.
- Work with various other departments, including Quality, Inventory, Transportation, etc in a cross-functional and communal way to find the best business solutions.
- Manage and modernize process to ensure exceptional service levels.
