Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Support Care Supervisor to support our team in various administrative and programmatic tasks. The ideal candidate are responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities by providing clinical management and oversight of the professionals who work with them, as well as building relationships and overseeing the families and individuals on their caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes: meet with families and/or individuals in an effort to explain the Organization's services
- Attend quarterly, yearly, or as-needed meetings for all clients on caseload.
- Review direct care staff timesheets and documentation weekly
- Complete filing of documents
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to direct care staff.
- Handle client escalations and maintain quality and compliance
- Monitor and oversee EMR system
- Complete and maintain required training
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of objectives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Some College
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in administrative roles or program support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to educate diverse audiences.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
