Westfield Consulting Partners is helping an innovative, on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company grow its operations by hiring a Support Specialist - Autonomous Vehicles. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the safe and efficient operation of a cutting-edge fleet of self-driving vehicles. You'll serve as a critical link between autonomous systems and real-world conditions—remotely monitoring vehicles and stepping in when human intervention is needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor autonomous vehicles in real-time and provide remote support when needed to ensure safe and smooth operation.
- Take over vehicle control in complex or unexpected scenarios, following strict safety and regulatory protocols.
- Record performance issues and support cross-functional teams with observations that improve system reliability and operator tools.
- Provide feedback on software usability and TeleOperations interfaces to enhance operator workflows.
- Follow established protocols and maintain high operational and safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record and no criminal history.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, technical support, QA/software testing, transportation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Windows and basic familiarity with Linux; knowledge of QA testing practices is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
