Responsibilities
- Engage and pulling clients to sit down in a beauty enviornment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and managing inventory levels.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and product placement strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hair Tools ex: flat irons and thermal brushes
- Strong ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for effective inventory management is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
