We have an opportunity for a System Analyst. This role will be an Onsite Role, candidates preferred to be onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Telecommuting will be considered but requirements are subject to change, as client requirements change, or at the discretion of the hiring manager. Travel and relocation expenses will not be covered by the client or employer.

Scope of Services
- The systems analyst staff will support implementing new systems and business processes, application enhancements and reporting capabilities.
- Tasks include developing designs and functional specifications for enhancements or Technology Refreshes of Procurement applications, producing deliverables related to Procurement Information Technology projects, application modifications, assisting in post implementation support, data analysis and report writing.
- This individual would be responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information regarding Procurement technology processes and systems.
Primary Job Duties/Tasks:
- Develop new systems and processes for the client Procurement Office
- Provide quality assurance on code fixes for existing application
- Develop Procurement Reports
- Provide maintenance support for newly implanted Procurement Applications
- Provide support to users of the Procurement Applications
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with Procurement systems
- Work with a team to implement technology solutions for the client Procurement Office
- Communicate with stakeholders and partners such the client Office of Information Technology
- Develop and apply knowledge of trends, relevant software development technologies and methodologies
- Additional responsibilities as requested by client and employer
Experience & Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- A minimum of 3 years of systems analysis/programming experience.
- Working experience with SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, Azure SQL, Power BI, Informatica, Snowflake, C#, .NET, DevOps, Azure Cloud, Sharepoint, Excel.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
