Here's some of what you will be doing:
- Rack Building and Maintenance: Design, assemble, and maintain server racks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- System Integration: Provide basic assistance to integrate various software and hardware components within the server racks.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other ministry departments to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Attributes: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the ministry's mission through technology.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use related software programs/applications.
