- Must be 17 or older.
- Must know and follow food storage and safety/sanitation protocols.
- Must provide TB Certification and right to work in the U.S. documentation
- Must be able to thrive in a HIGH volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively work on a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be able to lift, handle and carry (e.g. trays, small wares and equipment) at a minimum of 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in the kitchen
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform bussing duties, including clearing tables and cleaning dining areas
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Prior experience in a retail or kitchen environment is a plus, but not required
