Job Description
*This position will be a hybrid work arrangement with two days (M/F) optional to work from home/remote and three days (T/W/Th) in office/onsite at our NA headquarters in Edgewood, MD.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, fostering a high-performing team and serving as a key partner to leadership on all talent-related matters.
Responsibilities:
Job duties to include but are not limited to;
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business strategy and forecast future talent needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand their strategic talent requirements and provide expert guidance on market trends, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment methodologies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates across all levels.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and technology vendors.
- Drive the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively.
- Champion the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the strategic goals of the Talent Acquisition
- Stay up to date on industry trends keeping abreast of new recruitment technologies and strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the right candidates are hired.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Significant progressive experience in Talent Acquisition is essential, typically 5+ years with increasing levels of responsibility.
Planning and Decision Making:
- Ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans with long-term impact.
- Proven ability to make sound and strategic decisions regarding sourcing strategies, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Work is evaluated based on the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy and its contribution to organizational goals.
Impact and Scope:
- Geographic scope of the role is national with occasional requirements to support international roles outside of host country.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies in a complex corporate environment (ideally multinational).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor, coach, and develop a team (if applicable).
- Deep understanding of various sourcing methodologies, including proactive search, social media recruitment, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technologies
- Recruiting for Federal Government Contractor, preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $67,980.00-$158,620.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
