Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Talent Strategies and Attraction, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for executive leadership roles across a set of client groups. Leveraging strong client relationships across the senior executive team and executive candidates, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for ensuring a best in class candidate experience and onboarding effectiveness. This includes being the subject matter expert of the executive recruitment process, understanding the context of the business necessary for identifying and assessing highly qualified and diverse candidates, orchestrating organizational engagement throughout the interview process, and negotiating offers. The TAP is also responsible for managing third party search firm vendor relations. The TAP works collaboratively within Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation and the business unit leaders in the development of recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles, aged openings and large recruitment initiatives. This individual will lead the coordination of talent acquisition regarding workforce plans to support client growth, transformation, etc. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for all client requisitions and work with the rest of Human Resources to ensure that the recruitment process meets or exceeds client needs and expectations. Critical to the success of the role is superior account management with high satisfaction by all constituents.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively influences search approach, viewed as a highly credible subject matter expert at the highest levels of leadership
- Takes lead in orchestrating the search, to include sourcing strategy, attraction process, selection process, closing strategy and effective on-boarding
- Establishes a well formulated point of view regarding candidates
- Maintains communication and a sense of urgency with clients by providing continuous feedback while initiatives are being implemented and/or issues and problems are being addressed
- Takes a proactive approach to identifying areas of concern
- Partners with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify process improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and monitor outcomes using data analytics and other reporting tools
- Conducts regular analysis of client requisition data and delivers presentations for all critical stakeholders to identify best practices, areas of opportunity, and potential solutions to expand, diversify, or expedite candidate selection
- Serves as an extension of HR Consulting and client leadership to develop and monitor talent acquisition strategies for critical roles
- Leads the development and coordination of talent acquisition activities required for workforce planning to support client growth and transformation.
- At least 7 years recruitment experience is required
- At least 3 years executive recruitment experience for leadership roles, including director and above strongly preferred * At least 2 years healthcare/hospital industry experience strongly preferred
- At least 5 years candidate sourcing experience (internet, job boards, networking) strongly preferred
- Experience building recruitment strategies, workforce planning and managing requisitions across business units strongly preferred
- Experience managing vendors including third party search firms strongly preferred
- Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Recruiter and/or sourcing certifications (CIR, RACR, Social Talent, Linked-in Recruiter, etc.) preferred
