Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and retail roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events, to attract top talent.
- Maintain an active pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and a smooth interview process.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for Our Company’s corporate office, including campus recruitment efforts.
- Represent Our Company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess the success of hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local employment regulations to maintain company compliance.
- Review and recommend improvements to current processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Serve as a backup for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee matters, benefits, and payroll.
