About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review employment applications for assigned locations, ensuring candidates meet key criteria.
- Contact qualified candidates to complete necessary questionnaires and gather additional information.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual or on-site interviews nationwide, maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead sourcing efforts to attract high-quality applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Support recruiting-related projects in collaboration with business units to streamline processes and improve candidate engagement.
- Communicate company initiatives and updates related to recruiting, fostering transparency and alignment across teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders by demonstrating strong communication, follow-through, and prioritization.
- Handle reporting activities, applicant screening, and other assigned projects efficiently to meet recruitment timelines.

Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
