Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal hiring practices.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting efforts.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with diversity recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
- Experience in the professional services sector strongly recommended
