We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educators in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess skills in classroom management, early childhood education, and various teaching disciplines. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support classroom management to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Engage with students during lessons, providing individual attention and encouragement.
- Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student needs.
- Support special education initiatives as needed, adapting materials for diverse learners.
- Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and fitness among students.
- Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects all students' backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or private school environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with teaching subjects such as math or physical education is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively engage students and maintain order.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and adapt to various teaching styles.
- Compassionate attitude toward children, with a focus on their emotional and educational development.
- Experience in toddler care or special education is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
