Blessed Savior Catholic School consists of 3 campuses located on the Northwest side of Milwaukee and participates in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP).
West Campus is seeking two classroom educational aide to assist with daily instruction and duties as assigned.
Hours would be 7:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with classroom instruction and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
- Help prepare materials, organize supplies, and maintain classroom order
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, or transitions
- Support classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Assist with grading, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success
- Uphold the school’s mission, values, and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred)
- Previous experience working with children in a school, daycare, or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow teacher direction
- Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude
