Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the classroom and care about educating our students about Jesus and His teachings. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational standards and needs of students.
- Create lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and early intervention strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Assess student performance through various methods and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff members.
- Experience in tutoring or providing early intervention support will be considered an asset.
