Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, As a Team Leader, you will play a major lead in day to day operations standards, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve all daily task.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, Shipping/Receiving
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in all daily tasks.
- Implement effective communication strategies to ensure all team members are informed about promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with vendors to optimize product offerings and profitability.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning for growth and development.
- FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION IS A MUST
- ABLE TO LOAD UNLOAD TRUCKS
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management in a Manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong understanding of management principles and daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
- Administrative skills to assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Previous experience is a must.
