At 16 Handles, our mission is to create moments of happiness by sharing the world’s best-tasting desserts, centered around quality, self-expression, and fun. Our menu features frozen yogurt, ice cream, vegan soft service, over 50+ toppings, specialty drinks, and more. With an exciting range of flavors and toppings, exceptional service, and inviting store design, we strive to exceed expectations at every turn.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic Team Members for our new location. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional service to guests and create the ultimate 16 Handles experience
- Understand product offerings, answer questions, and promote initiatives
- Respond to guest needs and process guest transactions
- Prepare all products following proper procedures and handle daily operations
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety and quality standards

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
