Duties and Responsibilities:

Positional Duties in the Heart of House include:
- Breading chicken, prep, assembling and serving our “cravable” products
- Cleaning and dishes
- Receiving and storing truck
- Opening and closing duties
Positional Duties in the Front of House include:
- Greeting guests with a SMILE and receiving their order (both Front Counter and Drive Thru)
- Ensuring 100% order accuracy by preparing guest meals
- Opening and closing duties
- Provide a refreshingly clean environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Required Qualifications:
- 16 years and older.
- Treat all guest, team members and leaders with Honor, Dignity and Respect.
- Meet ethical, integrity, and character criteria of Chick-Fil-A standards. Completed employee folder
- - All required paperwork
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Schedule Requirement:
- Full & Part Time (20-40 hours)
- 3 days per week including Thursday, Friday AND Saturdays
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
