Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
