Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash transactions with care.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in culinary, restaurant, or fast food service environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with familiarity in operating cash registers or POS systems.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
