Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic team member to join Sweet Charlie's Rolled Ice Cream. This role involves preparing rolled ice cream, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and roll ice cream to order using our signature techniques.
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every guest.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
Schedule: Part-time or full-time; evenings and weekends may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
