Are you passionate about creating sweet treats and delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team! As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in crafting delicious desserts, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve desserts with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including kitchen tools and equipment
- Monitor baking temperatures to ensure quality results
- Help manage inventory and uphold store cleanliness standards
- Decorate cookie cakes with icing, toppings, and other finishing touches
- Shape dough and prepare custom cookie cakes per customer requests
- Create personalized treats such as cookie cakes, ice cream cones, and cups
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Ensure checkout areas are neat and organized
- Accept payments via cash or card
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and engaging communication skills with customers
- Ability to process transactions, issue receipts, and handle refunds if needed
- Confidence in recommending products and introducing new menu items
- Problem-solving skills to assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Previous experience in a retail or food service setting is a plus
- Passion for guest service and teamwork
- Experience with cake decorating is a bonus
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 60 lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour
