Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help determine their needs.
- Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments.
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
- Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
- Process and relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
- Routinely clean and arrange eating areas, service (restrooms), and kitchen spaces during downtimes.
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online orders.
- Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
- Mixing, restocking, and pouring beverages, as needed.
- Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
