Job Overview
We’re looking for energetic and dependable people to join our [Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s, Jamba, Carvel] team in Troy, MI. Whether you’re looking for part-time hours, extra cash, or a full-time role, we’ve got a spot for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and with attention to detail.
- Assist with food preparation across all four brands, ensuring all food items meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and station area, including regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, particularly during busy periods across all brand stations
- Effectively manage time to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality or service standards.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but NOT required.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., QU POS or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in food preparation and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
