Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our students and crew. Our team members change lives every day by helping students reach their full potential. We offer our Team Members / Swim Instructors training for everything you will need to teach great lessons. The skills you will need to bring are:
- Enjoys having fun
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
- Must pass a background check
- Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
