Position Summary
As a Tech Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive the company's digital presence and engagement, leveraging technology and data-driven strategies to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition. You’ll craft compelling content and manage digital campaigns that showcase the company’s craftsmanship, reliability, and community-oriented values.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, search ads).
- Optimize content for SEO and manage ad budgets for maximum ROI.
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Craft engaging content: before/after project stories, client testimonials, service spotlights.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Website & Analytics
- Maintain and update the website (e.g. service pages, gallery, reviews, career section).
- Use analytics tools to monitor traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Customer Experience & Lead Nurturing
- Capture and showcase customer reviews and ratings effectively.
- Support digital booking and inquiry workflows, ensuring seamless lead handling.
- Local & Real‑Estate Partnerships
- Collaborate with local real estate agents and affiliates to co‑market services.
- Generate localized content: homeowner tips, renovation ideas, subcontractor spotlights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for home services or construction industries.
- Proficiency in:
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
- SEO tools and Google Analytics
- Email marketing and CRM systems
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, visuals, video).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with local market trends and real estate marketing is a plus.
