Technical Co-Founder (Potential CTO or CEO) - Front-End & Back-End Leadership | RedAlien.ai | Cofounder Equity | Remote
About Red Alien:
RedAlien.ai is a web-based platform designed to automate cross-platform social media publishing, AI-driven campaign optimization, and content scheduling. Currently in final testing, it aims to streamline content creation and distribution for brands seeking efficient and scalable digital marketing solutions. Our platform is built and in final testing, with a path to commercialization.
We're now hiring a Technical Co-Founder to lead product development across front-end and back-end… someone who can take full ownership of the technical roadmap, and help launch the product into the world.
This role could evolve into CTO or CEO position, depending on alignment and interest.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-stack architecture and manage technical operations
- Oversee and refine a production-ready platform built with Laravel and PHP
- Lead front-end development - ensuring responsive, intuitive, and polished user experience
- Collaborate closely on UI/UX - design sensibility or background is a strong plus
- Manage infrastructure, deployment, scalability, and performance
- Work with team to implement new features post-launch
- Guide platform integration with external APIs, including AI tools
- Potential to step into the CTO or CEO role position
Who You Are:
- A full-stack developer or technical founder with strong front-end and back-end experience
- Deep knowledge of Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks
- Strong grasp of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and user-first thinking
- Exposure to AI APIs or interest in integrating LLM-powered tools (helpful, not required)
- Strategic and goal-driven - you think about the bigger picture and how tech powers growth
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and leadership
- Prior experience at a startup, or in building and launching real-world products
- Based in the U.S. or time zones within ±5 hours of EST essential
