What does a successful Technical Project Manager of Data Conversions do at Fiserv?

As a successful Technical Project Manager of Data Conversions, you will be responsible for driving complex data conversion projects and/or components/phases of larger application development projects. You will be accountable for delivering data conversion projects on time, within budget and within scope.

What you will do:

• Lead projects focused on the seamless transition and integration of data from legacy systems to a new platform
• Drive project conversions sessions with all types of audiences across an organization, both business and technical
• Perform error analysis, manage defect resolution and provide progress reporting to clients and the management team

What you will need to have:

• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually challenging business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

What would be great to have:

• Experience in writing SQL queries against an Oracle database
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Agile software development concepts
• Background in the financial industry, (and specifically within the student loan industry)
