What You’ll Do:
- Implement CRM platform to support quoting and customer relationship processes.
- Develop product cost estimates and manage customer quotations.
- Engage customers in person and online to clarify needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze competitors to inform pricing strategies and quoting decisions.
- Interpret mechanical drawings to support accurate quoting.
- Use quoting features within our accounting system to prepare and track proposals.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless delivery and follow-up.
- Travel as needed to support sales and customer engagement (approx. 10%)
What You Bring:
- Strong communication: clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Technical literacy: comfortable interpreting mechanical documentation.
- Experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support using CRM/accounting tools.
- Ability to perform market and competitive analyses.
- Comfortable interfacing with accounting quoting tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- Degree or experience in a mechanical or technical field
- Sales or technical sales experience
- Previous CRM administration experience

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
