Technical Support Analyst

Salary Range: $68,450.00 - $89,750.00 annually

About the Role:
Xplicit Technologies, LLC is hiring a Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM. This role supports incident triage, root cause analysis, and routine service desk operations for a public-sector client.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot end-user and backend application issues
- Resolve service desk tickets related to Oracle ERP/HCM modules
- Execute testing procedures using Selenium, XRay, or similar tools
- Monitor and maintain system performance, access, and backups
- Coordinate with development and functional teams to deliver timely fixes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Oracle Cloud Support or ITIL certification preferred
- 5+ years in enterprise application support
- Experience with Jira, SQL, and automation testing frameworks
