We are looking for a highly qualified and certified CDJR Hybrid Technician to join our team and support the needs of our customers..
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnoses customer concerns
- Properly repairs vehicles
- Performs thorough multi-point inspections
- Records accurate brake and tire measurements
- Maintains a clean work area
- Delivers customers’ cars in better condition than when they arrived
- Reports any safety or efficiency concerns to management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification desired
- At least four years of shop experience
- Manufacturer training desired
- Must have a professional set of tools necessary for this position
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work Monday through Saturday
- Dedicated to excellence
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 to $40.00. Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $70.00 to $80.00 dependent on certifications held. The position also may pay a production bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmark is not met) without a fixed upper limit.
