We are now seeking a sharp, client-focused Telecommunications Associate to play a key role in supporting our sales team, building relationships with prospective customers, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for our customers. As a Telecommunications Associate with IAM Management Group, you will be the face of our company– your responsibilities will include prospecting, engaging, and closing sales for new customers, while ensuring existing accounts continue to receive top notch service. You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and management teams to ensure all aspects of business operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Associate
- Relationship Management: Build initial relationships with prospective customers and nurture existing ones by consistently providing transparent and thorough sales support
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer’s individual needs and recommend solutions that best match their service and budget requirements
- Product Presentation: Participate in developing and executing engaging sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of available plans to the customer
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, document follow ups, and monitor all sales interactions with customers to identify areas for improvement
- Brand Representation: Represent the company and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times to ensure positive brand visibility
Qualifications of a Telecommunications Associate:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1+ years experience in a customer facing role, such as sales or customer service, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, able to thrive despite environmental/market changes
- Goal-oriented, strong drive to set and achieve sales goals consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,500.00 - $57,000.00 per year
