Teller

• Full-Time Teller
• High school graduate or GED equivalency
• Six (6) months Teller experience or cash handling/customer service equivalency
• Consistently exhibits and communicates an excellent first impression to all customers and guests of the bank as the primary point of contact both orally and written
• Professionally exercises the highest level of customer service when assisting all patrons of the bank in order to leave a positive impact with each encounter
• Responsible for handling customer transactions and cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative
• Attention to detail for high level of accuracy
• Self-confidence and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations and possess a friendly demeanor
• Ability to operate a ten key
• Proficiency in working with computers, computer systems and calculators.
