- Full-Time Teller
- High school graduate or GED equivalency
- Six (6) months Teller experience or cash handling/customer service equivalency
- Consistently exhibits and communicates an excellent first impression to all customers and guests of the bank as the primary point of contact both orally and written
- Professionally exercises the highest level of customer service when assisting all patrons of the bank in order to leave a positive impact with each encounter
- Responsible for handling customer transactions and cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative
- Attention to detail for high level of accuracy
- Self-confidence and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations and possess a friendly demeanor
- Ability to operate a ten key
- Proficiency in working with computers, computer systems and calculators.
