Position Summary
Hatfield Rally House is seeking a highly experienced and certified Tennis Pro to lead programming, instruction, and Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional group and private instruction in tennis, across all age groups and skill levels
- Design and execute innovative programming, including clinics, leagues, and competitive play
- Represent HRH in the community through outreach efforts to schools, local organizations, and events
- Collaborate with facility management to optimize court scheduling, program promotion, and customer engagement
- Mentor junior players and support long-term athlete development pathways
- Maintain a strong professional presence both on and off the court
- Contribute to the growth and culture of HRH through leadership, energy, and initiative
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional teaching experience in tennis
- Current certification from USPTA, PTR, or an equivalent nationally recognized body
- Proven success in program creation, client development, and player retention
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A commitment to inclusive programming and community connection
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic about building relationships and expanding HRH’s presence beyond the facility
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay structure (hourly or salaried) based on experience and certifications as well as % of lesson/clinic fees. Also open to other pay structures.
