Position Overview
- Job Title: Territory Sales Representative – Automotive Diagnostic Software
- Location: Remote friendly (Must Live Within 50 Miles of Metropolitan Service Areas)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday flexible daily work schedule
- Compensation: 100% Commission-Based – Unlimited Earning Potential! Top performers can achieve $65K–$125K annually based on performance and deal closures.
- Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 10 personal calls to automotive dealers per day to introduce and demonstrate our innovative diagnostic software and patent-pending reader device.
- Build and nurture relationships with dealership owners, service managers, and decision-makers to identify pain points and demonstrate how CarDr.com solutions can transform their business.
- Close sales deals by highlighting the proven $100K-200K+ annual revenue boost our tools provide for end-user customers through faster diagnostics, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Track leads, manage your pipeline, and report daily activity using our CRM tools.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends to position CarDr.com as the go-to solution for dealers nationwide.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, software, or B2B sales – but if you're a hustler with a track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you!
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and physical/virtual demos..
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics or dealership operations is a plus, but not mandatory – we'll provide comprehensive training on our products.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet, phone, and computer.
