Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques, including direct sales and inside sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to conduct product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with experience in retail or technical sales environments.
