This role focuses on rapidly acquiring new accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

- Provide top-tier customer service and resolve issues with proactive communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales/business development, preferably in waterproofing, drainage, or new home construction.
- Deep understanding of the Delmarva and Philadelphia area market and its key players.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to lock in deals in any setting.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster trust and repeat business.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel to close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM/sales tracking software.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and committed to being a top industry performer.
- B2B sales experience required; retail/distribution experience a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
