Reynolds is seeking a Testing Placement Specialist to aid in providing a consistent testing procedures through the secure, efficient, and equitable administration of academic, admissions, and standardized testing services that promote student success, uphold academic integrity, and align with institutional, state, and national standards.
Serving as a central liaison among students, faculty, staff, and external testing partners, the Specialist fosters a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible testing environment that meets the diverse needs of the college community. By ensuring the consistent application of best practices, maintaining a clean and honorable testing environment, and supporting data-informed decision-making, this role advances the college’s mission of equitable access, instructional excellence, and institutional accountability.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- Adept at managing tasks and balancing priorities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office or comparable software suites
- Strong working knowledge of Google platforms (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle confidential information, use professional discretion, and exercise ethical conduct
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with others
- Demonstrated ability to follow and interpret policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying backgrounds and educational levels
- Working knowledge of education software programs and tools related to testing services
- Prior experience working in a college testing services environment
Travel between campuses, if needed.
This is a part-time hourly position without state benefits. Wage employees are restricted to working approximately 29 hours per week or less, not to exceed 1,500 hours annually.
